I have paid for several games. All of which have crashed in the first third of the game. I had also asked for tech support many times to no avail.

This is a 5 star game. I love it so much. I play every day. All day. This is a favorite and it is very addictive. Play once Nd you will be hooked.

Terrible! I pay for a game and my progress is hindered by crashes and ads blocking my progress! I deleted the game I PAID for because I was so mad and frustrated that I could not continue my progress due to a dumb ad blocking my status bar! I dont want a subscription. I just want the game I PAID for!

Can not open at all! Keeps saying need Internet connection, when Im always connected to Internet. Help!

A little tough at times but still the best game out there.

I agree, in sentiment, with crazygramps... Big Fishs customer service and game quality has fallen off into a deep hole the past couple of years. I have purchased dozens of games over the past decade and never had a problem. The new game designs were fresh, interesting and fun, most had some level of challenge. Now its the best same thing over and over with a different title. Big Fish - you can do better, give us a reason to go fishing again!!
