Big Fish app

Im still having problems getting into your app! Have to try several times before I can see new games. Also having having problems with some glitches in your new games. Have receipts for some of the games I bought on sale but when I have to restart these games because of the glitches it says they have no record of purchase!!!?? This is SOOOOO frustrating. Whats up with that? PLEASE FIX!!
